Terms of Service

These terms apply to trynodly.com and to services bought from Nodly. Nodly is a trading name of Rushiraj Jadeja, a sole proprietor based at Greenvilla Bliss, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380061, India. Contact: email@rushiraj.me.

1. What we offer

• Free instant check. Enter your store URL, brand, category and email. We run a small set of buyer-style questions through AI search engines and read your public store pages, then show a report. It is free and limited in scope.
• AEO audit, US$500 one-time. A full review of how AI search engines see your Shopify store, with a prioritised fix list. Delivered by email within 5 business days after payment and after we receive your intake answers. Every audit is reviewed by a human (Rushiraj) before delivery.
• Monthly packages (AEO retainer, AI support and cart-recovery setups). Scope, price and term are agreed on a call and confirmed in writing before any work or payment.

2. Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Razorpay or PayPal; we do not see or store your card details. Payment provider fees and any taxes shown at checkout apply.

3. No guarantee of results

Nobody controls what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google or other AI systems say. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic or sales. We measure, recommend and fix what is within your control, and report results honestly.

4. Your responsibilities

Only submit stores you own or are authorised to act for. Don't misuse the free check (automated or bulk use). We may limit or refuse checks to protect the service.

6. Intellectual property

Once paid, you may use the audit and its recommendations freely for your own business. The site, its design and our tools remain ours.

7. Liability

Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The terms in force when you paid apply to that purchase.
