• Before work starts: you can cancel for a full refund. Email email@rushiraj.me with your order reference. Work starts when we confirm receipt of your intake answers.
• Late delivery: if we don't deliver the audit within 5 business days of receiving your intake answers, you can ask for a full refund.
• After delivery: once the audit has been delivered on time, it is not refundable, because the work has been done. If something in it is wrong or unclear, tell us and we'll fix it.

Monthly packages

Cancellation terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless agreed otherwise, you can cancel before the next billing period; months already started are not refunded.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay or PayPal, usually within 5–10 business days of approval depending on your bank. We don't refund payment-provider or currency-conversion fees charged by your bank.
