Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Nodly (Rushiraj Jadeja, sole proprietor, Greenvilla Bliss, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380061, India) collects through trynodly.com and how it is used. Questions: email@rushiraj.me.

What we collect

• Free check: your store URL, brand name, product category, email address, and the check results (AI answers, cited domains, and findings from your public store pages).
• Audit orders: your email, order reference, and the intake answers you send us. Payment details are handled by Razorpay or PayPal; we never receive your card number.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting and appears in standard hosting logs.

Where it is stored and who processes it

• Vercel hosts the site; reports and orders are stored privately in Vercel Blob.
• Resend sends emails (your report link, order and intake emails).
• Vercel AI Gateway / Perplexity answer the buyer-style questions in the check. We send the questions, which include your category and may include your brand name; we don't send your email.
• Razorpay / PayPal process payments under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

To run your check and show the report, email it to you, deliver services you buy, reply to you, and prevent abuse. We may send you a short follow-up about your report; you can tell us to stop at any time.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We don't use advertising trackers.

Retention and deletion

We keep reports and orders as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting requirements. Email email@rushiraj.me to access, correct or delete your data; we'll act within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (such as invoices).

Report links

Each report has a hard-to-guess link and is not indexed by search engines. Anyone you share the link with can view it.
